Vietnam is estimated to have exported over US$ 2.3 billion worth
of seafood products in the first part of 2008. In July, the
country produced 427,500 tonnes of seafood, 15% more than in the
same month last year. In total, Vietnam produced 2.55 million
tonnes of fish and fish products so far, an increase of 11.4% in
comparison to the same period last year. |

DELTA AIRLINES
IMPROVES PERISHABLE STORAGE |
Delta Air Lines has
bought four coolers for its Atlanta (USA) facility to store
perishables. The coolers of about 2.300m2 each will be kept
at three different temperatures for storage of fresh
produce.
